They said they would be able to fix my dishwasher and after months I gave up and fixed it myself. Then they decided to try and bill me for the parts and service. EVEN THOUGH they never performed the service. Bob NEVER calls you back and just hangs up on you when he doesn't have it his way. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
